Hilda is Beru’s sister out of the same litter. We had originally planned to have two red females; Beru and her exact twin. But there was just something about Hilda that we couldn’t pass on. Hilda shows just as much herding talent and drive as Beru does but they have different working styles. Hilda moves slow and steady and knows how to use her body to apply pressure.

Hilda also has formed a strong bond with Walter. They spend most of their time together and we are helping Walter learn how to take care of and train his own dog. So far they have competed in one Jr. Showmanship competition together and we have plans for more this fall.
